Ready to Install

This bright LED fitting has an integrated LED driver and runs off the mains voltage, so there is no need for a separate transformer. It can be mounted on floors or walls, and includes a sleeve for mounting it into concrete, so it arrives ready for you to install.

Long life LED light source

Total failure of an LED is incredibly rare. They can withstand impact and vibration so they are ideal for use in busy areas or in premises near to busy roads that suffer from heavy traffic vibrations. LEDs have a very long life span of up to 50,000 hours, making them ideal for use in areas that require lighting for long periods of time. If they are used on average for a just a few hours each night, they will last for up to 30 years or more.

Weatherproof and suitable for underwater applications

This high quality fitting has an IP67 rating which means that it is protected against dust, rain and jet sprays so you can rely on its light, even in the wettest weather. It can also be installed underwater, up to a depth of 1m, making it ideal for use in areas where puddles might accumulate or in water features such as ponds, fountains and waterfalls.

Stainless Steel

Stainless steel products are not generally suitable for placement in exterior locations within 10 miles of the coast line. To avoid corrosion Lyco recommend selection of copper or galvanised steel products for highly saline, aggressive environments such as this. Lyco recommend stainless steel products for exterior use are treated with acid free oil prior to mounting and that this process is repeated 3-4 times a year.
