The Chapel Mini Down Lantern ticks all the boxes for traditional style and durability. This high quality stage coach style lantern is designed and manufactured in Italy using extremely hardwearing die-cast aluminium and has a striking matt black finish to complete the look. Built for use in sheltered outdoor areas, the Chapel Mini Down Lantern carries an IP43 rating guaranteeing its protection against the outside elements. The light itself is housed behind clear glass panels creating an attractive focal point when guests approach your home.

Coastal Locations

The Chapel Mini Down Lantern is not suitable for coastal locations. Lighting Direct recommends copper or galvanised steel alternatives for locations within ten miles of the coast.

The light looks very good but a bit tricky to install. NOTE: slots need to be cut in back plate to for screws to fix to wall; bolts that connect backplate to main carcass must be inserted into rear of backplate before it is secured to wall (I used small pieces of insallation tape to hold them in place)....Read more
