Product Description
The Nexus Storm 1 Gang 13 Amp Switched Socket is designed for outdoor use and carries an IP66 rating guaranteeing its waterproof construction. This outdoor switched socket has a see through cover which will stay open to allow access but will also enable you to see the status of the switches. 2 earth terminals are in the socket and 1 is in the mounting box making it a very safe piece of equipment for outdoor use. This single, double pole socket is made from hardwearing polycarbonate and has covers to seal the fixing screws for a neat finish.
Colour coded terminals with backed out captive screws allow easy installation of the Nexus Storm. All cable entries in each of the 4 sides have removable blanking caps too. With a stylish modern profile, this switched socket is a smart option for use with your outdoor lighting.
This single socket is manufactured to BS EN 60669-1.
