I would like to compliment you on your speedy delivery and customer service.
After sending my email on Monday I received a telephone call from a very pleasent gentleman at 5.30pm letting me know my lamp hand arrived, would be dispatched and I should receive by Thursday. At 12.10 on Tuesday my lamp was delivered. In this day of people complaining so much about bad service I feel it only right to once again compliment you on your excellent service.

I searched for a well designed, well made, outside light. Discovered that Lighting-direct had precisely what I wanted. It was dispatched as they said, and delivered the next day. In this day of second rate service, this company stands out like a beacon. It's very friendly service from and efficient team, which has resulted in a very happy customer.
